Google Classroom
Access your child’s assignments, grades, announcements, and classroom updates directly through Google Classroom. Stay connected to what your scholar is learning every day.
School Policies & Handbook
Review school-wide policies, behavioral expectations, dress code standards, and important procedures for the current school year. All D.A.T.E. families are expected to read and acknowledge the handbook annually.
Report an Absence
If your child will be absent, please notify the school as early as possible — ideally before 8:00am. You can call our main office directly or submit an absence report through our online form.

Your partnership makes D.A.T.E. stronger.
The D.A.T.E. Academy PTO exists to provide our school with the funds, programs, resources, and services that enrich and maximize the education of every scholar. When school budgets fall short, our PTO fills the gap — through fundraising, volunteering, and community-building that keeps D.A.T.E. thriving. Whether you have an hour or an entire Saturday, there is a place for you on the D.A.T.E. PTO. Come as you are. Your involvement matters.
The PTO Primary Objective
The PTO primary objective as a PTO is to provide our school with funds, programs, resources, and services that will enrich and maximize the education of every child. To meet this important objective, and afford services that are no longer covered by our school budgets, we must fundraise.
- Online payments are an option and can be processed by visiting the D.A.T.E. School Store . The fundraising organization will advertise how and when to make onsite payments.
- Please send one online receipt per student(s) on the day of the fundraiser.
Prior Accomplishments Include:
- Increased Volunteer Participation
- Carnival, Field Trips, Beta Club, Boy Scouts, Track Team, Career Day, Field Day and Band Booster Club
- Pizza Parties for Student of Month
- Honor’s Day, Stage Equipment and Light Bulbs supplies for the school
- Raised $5000.00 for playground equipment.

Activity & Club Fees
Pay dues for extracurricular activities, clubs, sports, field trips, and camps through our secure online payment portal. All fees are listed in your family account upon enrollment.
School Merchandise
Purchase official D.A.T.E. Academy spirit wear, uniforms, and school merchandise through our school store. Show your scholar pride and support the school community at the same time.
